The Bankhall Group has acquired Premier Mortgage Services (PMS), the mortgage facilitator previously operated by the Prudential UK to integrate it with its Point One business.
The combined membership base of Point One and PMS will exceed 15,000 advisers, giving the unified businesses unparalleled scale in the market.
From inception, a catalyst for the development of PMS has been its leader, John Malone,who will continue to head the business.
