NSL was formed in 2001 by John Syvret (former Director of Cammell Laird) and operates a ship repair and conversion business from various facilities on Merseyside.
A&P Birkenhead Limited , a subsidiary of A&P Group, operates a ship repair and conversion business on the former Cammell Laird shipyard in Birkenhead.
The acquisition enables NSL to strengthen its position on the River Mersey and allows John Syvret and his management team to return to the Cammell Laird yard.
