Dow Schofield Watts Transaction
Services provides financial due diligence services to local
companies, investors and lenders.
Heading the financial due diligence business are partners Ed
Brentnall, Catriona Lang and Chris Williams.
Ed, Catriona and Chris joined from the PricewaterhouseCoopers
transaction services team.
The team, all chartered accountants, have after a combined 15 years
transaction services experience across a variety of industries and
deal types: financial buy-side due diligence, financial sell-side
diligence, working capital reviews, vendor assistance, bid support
and bid defence. |
