Financial Due Diligence
Dow Schofield Watts established a transaction services business in December 2008 to provide financial due diligence services to local companies and private equity investors. The business, Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services LLP also advises banks and asset based lenders on their corporate clients.
Heading the financial due diligence business are partners Ed Brentnall, Catriona Lang and Chris Williams.
Ed, Catriona and Chris joined from the PricewaterhouseCoopers transaction services team. The team, all chartered accountants, have a combined 20 years transaction services experience across a variety of industries and deal types: financial buy-side due diligence, financial sell-side diligence, working capital reviews, vendor assistance, bid support and bid defence.
All of our work is partner led and delivered. Our concise reports include clear analysis and conclusions and are focussed on risk.
