Dow
Schofield Watts has established a transaction services business
to provide financial due diligence
services to local companies and private equity investors. The business,
to be called Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services LLP
will also advise banks and asset based lenders on their
corporate clients.
Heading the financial due diligence business are new partners
Ed Brentnall, Catriona Lang and Chris Williams.
Ed,
Catriona and Chris join from the PricewaterhouseCoopers
transaction services team. The team, all chartered accountants,
have after a combined 15 years transaction services experience
across a variety of industries and deal types:
financial buy-side due diligence, financial sell-side diligence,
working capital reviews, vendor assistance, bid support and bid
defence.
